Please do not submit sensitive personal health information through our website forms. YHC provides education and general information, not medical advice.

Our website platform may collect basic technical information such as:

  • Security logs used to keep the website safe and functioning

 

 

2. Youth privacy

 

YHC is intended for teens and the adults who support them.

  • If you are under 13, please ask a parent/guardian to contact us before submitting personal information through forms or email.

  • If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

 

 

3. How we use your information

 

We use personal information to:
